P2S Chamber Heater Overview
Product Description
MartilloTech’s M2 is a P2S chamber heater with integrated air purification for Bambu Lab P2S, designed for users printing beyond PLA, PETG, and TPU into engineering materials such as ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, and PA-CF. These high-shrinkage polymers are highly sensitive to chamber-temperature swings, which can cause warping, corner lift, layer splitting, and dimensional drift as the part cools. M2 actively stabilizes the chamber in a 40–60°C (104–140°F) range, helping create a more controlled thermal environment for stronger, more consistent functional prints. It also features IR printhead-sensing auto on/off, built-in H13 HEPA + activated carbon filtration, and non-destructive installation for a cleaner, more hands-off P2S upgrade.
Key Benefits of Upgrading Your P2S with an Active Heater?
- Controls thermal contraction: Engineering materials such as ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon, and PA-CF shrink as they cool. Active chamber heating helps reduce steep temperature gradients between lower and upper layers, lowering the risk of warping, corner lift, split walls, and dimensional drift.
- Improves functional part strength: A warmer, steadier chamber slows uneven cooling and supports better interlayer bonding, especially on dense structural parts, enclosures, brackets, and automotive-style components that need more than cosmetic surface quality.
- Uses dedicated chamber heating instead of passive bed heat: Rather than relying only on the heated bed to radiate warmth into the enclosure, a dedicated PTC chamber heater stabilizes the air environment more directly and predictably during long engineering-material prints.
Key Features

FAQs about P2S Chamber Heater M2 with Air Purifier | MartilloTech for Bambu Lab P2S
Does the chamber heater plug into the printers power supply or an external plug?
The chamber heater is currently powered by the printer's power supply.
Can I use a chamber heater when printing standard PLA or PETG?
No, you should turn off the chamber heater when printing low-temperature materials like PLA and PETG. PLA has a low glass transition temperature (~60°C); if the ambient chamber air gets too warm, the filament will soften prematurely inside the extruder, leading to heat creep and severe nozzle clogging.
How can I make sure this product fits my printer?

Placed my order on February 3rd and received it on February 12th —only 7 business days! Shopping was easy, communication was great, and delivery times were really decent. Very happy with my purchase!

Found this shop on Reddit, chatted with a real person about the P2S filter I needed. Asked if they could ship to SG, they checked and made it happen! Super happy because this filter is basically impossible to find locally and always out of stock everywhere else. Fast, friendly, and solved my problem perfectly. Will buy again!

Bought a ventilation system but changed my mind last minute. I thought returns would be a huge hassle, but they told me there’s a return warehouse in Houston only about a 10-minute drive from where I live in Missouri City. Drove over and returned it super easily. Super convenient return process, great experience overall!

This chamber heater works extremely well. I honestly wish I had bought it sooner, because it has made a real difference with edge lifting and warping. The build quality feels refined, and for the price, it is absolutely worth it.
The ABS-GF housing has a nice matte finish, and the overall design looks clean and refined. It fits into the printer very well without looking out of place. Installation was also fairly straightforward: mount the unit where the auxiliary part cooling fan was originally installed, remove the back panel, route the cable through the rear housing, and connect the live and neutral wires to the original AC board terminals. There are quite a few screws to remove, but the process itself is not difficult. The chamber heating performance met my expectations as well. Using the testing method from the manual, I was able to confirm that the chamber temperature can reach 60C. In actual use, I printed PC without any warping issues. Overall, this is an excellent product.
The chamber heater works well and the build quality feels great. I tested the chamber temperature and it stayed above 55℃, although it did not quite reach 60℃. Overall, it is still a useful upgrade and helps create a more stable printing environment.
Thank you for your honest feedback! We’re glad to hear you are happy with the build quality and overall performance. Chamber temperature can vary depending on the printer setup and environment, but we appreciate you sharing your real-world results.
I had some edge lifting when I forgot to turn it on, but after cleaning the build plate and running the chamber heater, I printed several plates without any warping. The air purification feature is also very useful and helps reduce both odor and dust during printing.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear the chamber heater helped prevent warping and that the purification feature has been useful for reducing odor and dust.
It worked great for 6 hours it kept the P2S at 63 degrees instead of 60 which set off MC Module warning then after 6 hours it just died best ASA print i ever did with the P2S but the quality of there products is junk I ordered a cheap generic with digital control the 3 heat temperature sucks 40-45-60 the filament cooler was DOA stay away from Martillo expensive junk that doesn’t work
